File Processing and Deletion Policy

1. General Information

This service provides an online file conversion tool that allows users to convert files between different formats. By using this service, you agree to the terms described in this File Processing and Deletion Policy.

This document strictly governs the handling, temporary processing, and deletion of user-uploaded files.

2. No Permanent File Storage

The service is not designed for permanent storage of user files. All uploaded files are processed strictly on a temporary basis for the purpose of file conversion.

Files are stored only for the minimum amount of time required to complete the conversion process and are never intended for long-term retention.

The service does not maintain file archives, backups, or any persistent copies of user data.

3. Temporary File Processing

When a user uploads a file, it is used exclusively for technical processing within the conversion system. The file may be temporarily stored in a processing environment strictly for the duration of the active conversion session.

Once processing is completed, the file is considered fully handled and is immediately queued for deletion.

Temporary storage is strictly limited to what is necessary for performing the conversion operation.

4. Automatic File Deletion

All uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted by the system without manual intervention.

File deletion occurs immediately after:

successful completion of the conversion process;
expiration of the processing session;
interruption or failure of the conversion process;
system cleanup operations.

Once deleted, files cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

5. No Possibility of File Recovery

After deletion, files are permanently destroyed and cannot be restored.

The service does not provide any backup system, recovery mechanism, or archive storage.

Even if a user contacts support or requests file recovery, it is technically impossible to restore deleted files, as they are completely removed from the system immediately after processing.

6. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the files they upload.

By uploading files, the user confirms that:

they have full legal rights to use and process the uploaded files;
the files do not contain illegal or prohibited content;
the files do not infringe on the rights of any third party;
they understand and accept that all files will be permanently deleted after processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service shall not be held responsible for:

loss of files due to automatic deletion;
inability to retrieve previously uploaded files;
errors caused by corrupted, invalid, or unsupported files;
any consequences resulting from the use of converted files.

All use of the service is at the user’s own risk.

8. User Requests and Support

The service may receive user inquiries; however:

it does not store user-uploaded files;
it does not maintain any file history or archives;
it cannot retrieve previously processed or deleted files;
it does not provide access to past conversion sessions.

Support requests regarding file recovery cannot be fulfilled under any circumstances.

9. Re-Uploading Files

If a user requires another conversion, the file must be uploaded again.

Each conversion process is independent and does not retain any previous file data.

10. Technical Nature of Processing

The service operates solely as an automated file processing system.

It is not designed for file storage, archiving, or long-term data management.

All processing is strictly functional and temporary in nature.

11. Final Provisions

By using the service, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

The service reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
